Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Lifty Fitness Ltd, trading as Ultimate Lift, collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you visit our website, request Beta access, or use the Ultimate Lift app and related services.
1. Who we are
Ultimate Lift is operated by Lifty Fitness Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17112486. Our registered office is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. If you have questions about this policy, your data, or account deletion, emailhello@ultimatelift.app.
2. The data we collect
- Contact details such as your name and email address. A Beta access request also records the signup time, consent and confirmation status, delivery or suppression status, and any optional device or training preference shown on the form.
- Account details such as login credentials and profile information.
- Training and activity data such as workouts completed, exercise logs, progress data, goals, and programme history.
- Health and fitness information you choose to provide, including age range, injuries, joint issues, health declarations, and other information needed to tailor training guidance.
- Device and usage data such as app interactions, diagnostic data, and basic analytics.
- If you connect Apple HealthKit or similar services, we may collect health and activity data such as workouts, activity, energy burned, mobility metrics, or heart rate where supported and authorised by you.
3. How we use your data
- To provide and operate Ultimate Lift.
- To personalise training plans, recommendations, and progress tracking.
- To assess training history, physical capability signals, and workout completion so we can deliver training guidance and progress tracking.
- To respond to support requests and service enquiries.
- To confirm and manage Beta access requests, select invitation groups, send joining instructions, and provide Beta availability updates that the requester agreed to receive.
- To keep the service secure and diagnose technical issues.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
4. Website analytics and cookies
On the production website, Google Analytics starts with analytics and advertising storage denied. While you decide, it may send limited cookieless measurement and consent signals. If you accept analytics, it may also use analytics cookies to understand aggregate page visits and explicitly marked website actions. We do not send form contents, training inputs, health information, email addresses, account identifiers, or complete destination URLs to Google Analytics.
If you accept, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies whose names begin _ga. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalisation remain denied. We retain the analytics preference in this browser for up to six months. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer and withdraw consent at any time; analytics storage then stops and those first-party analytics cookies are removed.
5. Beta access requests
We use Brevo to collect and manage Beta access requests. Brevo processes the submitted contact information, confirmation record, delivery status, and unsubscribe or suppression status on our behalf. The form uses double opt-in, so the email address joins the Beta access list only after the requester follows the confirmation link.
Confirmation permits messages about the Beta request, a possible invitation and joining instructions, and Ultimate Lift availability. It does not create an account, guarantee an invitation, or provide consent for unrelated marketing. Every list email provides a withdrawal route.
6. Health data and HealthKit
Health and fitness data is treated with particular care. We only access HealthKit or similar health-platform data with your permission and only for product features that rely on that data.
We do not use data collected from Apple HealthKit or any other health data source for marketing, advertising, or advertising measurement. We do not sell health data to third parties.
7. When we share data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We may share limited data only where necessary with:
- Service providers who help us operate the service, such as hosting, analytics, authentication, support, or infrastructure providers.
- Brevo, which processes Beta contact records and sends confirmation, invitation, availability, and withdrawal messages on our behalf.
- Professional advisers, regulators, or authorities where disclosure is legally required.
- A buyer or successor if Lifty Fitness Ltd is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
8. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the platform.
Active Beta access-list records are removed when consent is withdrawn or no later than 90 days after Ultimate Lift becomes generally available, unless another stated purpose or legal obligation applies. We may retain the minimum suppression record needed to honour an opt-out and prevent accidental contact.
If you want your account and associated personal data deleted, emailhello@ultimatelift.appwith the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will verify the request and handle it in line with applicable law. You can also read the dedicated account deletion anddata deletion request pages.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your data, and to request a copy of certain data you provided to us.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Ultimate Lift is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
12. Changes to this policy
