Which devices is it designed for?

The training experience spans iPhone, Android and the portal. The mobile app supports training in the gym; the portal provides more space to review programme structure, sessions and progress.

Explore the portal
Who is it for?

Lifters who want structured training and a detailed, understandable record of their work. The programme collection covers different experience levels and equipment. Each programme states its audience and commitment.

Programmes and workouts

Do I have to follow a U8L programme?

No. Follow a structured programme or record independently planned sessions. Both routes contribute to your training history.

Inside the workout
Is Strength Wave Builder the only programme?

No. It is one example from the current collection of 19 programmes across Strength, Hypertrophy, Power and Endurance. Compare experience level, equipment and weekly commitment before choosing.

Explore the collection
What can I record during a workout?

Record loads, repetitions and effort, with supporting fields such as tempo, rest and notes. The available fields depend on the movement and session structure. Planned work and previous performance provide context for the current set.

Explore set logging
Does U8L automatically decide how I should train?

The member stays in control. Programmes provide structure, and the training record supports review. Automatic plateau responses, custom plan-building and trainer channels are future direction; they are not launch promises.

Library and progress

What is in U8L Training Library?

Movement references, muscle and joint anatomy, training principles, programme-design guidance, metric definitions and training tools. The website includes three detailed movement examples from the wider catalogue.

Explore the library
Does every movement have a video and 3D model?

Movement references share a detailed structure, but media and individual optional fields vary. The three website examples include published demonstration videos and anatomy views; those examples do not establish complete video coverage of the catalogue.

What do the four training pillars show?

Strength, Hypertrophy, Power and Endurance organise different measures of your recorded work. A metric describes training performed; it is not a direct measurement of muscle growth, recovery or future performance.

Explore metric definitions
Is estimated 1RM the same as a tested maximum?

No. Estimated 1RM is derived from a recorded load and repetition count using an estimation formula. It provides comparison context, with limits. The set, effort and execution still matter.

View sample movement history
Are the website progress charts real member results?

Sample app screens and example training histories are labelled as illustrations. They demonstrate how information can be presented, rather than reporting member outcomes or guaranteeing progress.
